By accessing HotelierX.com, signing up for our waitlist, or using any of our services, you:

2. Services Overview

2.1 Pre-Launch Status

HotelierX is currently in pre-launch. We are not yet offering or selling securities. This website is for informational purposes only to:

• Gauge market interest via waitlist signups
• Educate potential investors about fractional luxury STR ownership
• Provide updates on our Reg A+ qualification process with the SEC

2.2 Future Securities Offerings

When HotelierX launches investment opportunities:

• All offerings will be made through a SEC-qualified Reg A+ Offering Circular
• Investments will require separate account registration, KYC/AML verification, and subscription agreements
• Minimum investment: $100 (subject to change)

3. Eligibility & Restrictions
